Registration & Payment

• Registration is done by paying a down payment 50% of the total cost.
• The rest of payment of tour package fees can be made no later than 14 days before the trip.
• Down payment is Non-refundable
• Did not receive payment on the spot.
• Registration that is done less than 14 days before the date received, must be paid in full.
• Registration without down payment can be canceled without prior notice for participants.

Cancelation

If a cancelation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancelation fee will be charged with the following conditions :

• After registering : the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)

• 30-15 days before trip : 80% of the cost of the tour package

• Less than 15 days before the approval date : 100% of the tour package fee

• Cancelation fee also apply to participants who change the departure date or change the tour package.

• If the cancelation occurs because of force majure / forced / unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism, pandemic and others. Therefore, the refund will follow the politices from the airlane, hotel, transportation and all paarties related to the tour.

• Package price are including travel insurance for cover death accident or medical injuries during sailing trip. This insurance NOT cover the electronics or other belongins of each passangers. Insurance Does no cover electronics or other items belongins to passanger.

• Unilateral cancellation on the D-7 trip with full payment will be rescheduled. Unilateral cancellation includes evidence of such information (if sick: medical certificate; flight cancel; etc.)
